Aġenzija Żgħażagħ, in collaboration with the European Parliament Office in Malta will be hosting a Youth Symposium at Dar l-Ewropa. This is a unique opportunity for the members of the EU Parliament to connect with young people and discuss issues such as immigration, security, and democracy. This activity is part of the European Youth Week 2024, happening across all EU Member States. The goal is to provide a hands-on experience to understand how the European Commission operates and the work the Members of the EU Parliament carry out. The young people will also draft recommendations on the themes, which will then be presented to relevant authorities.
